# Mike Lieser – Ideas nobody asked for, finished anyway.

Mike here. I design, build and run software — desktop apps for Mac and Windows, iOS apps, web apps and websites. My own products, and work for clients. Most of it starts as an odd idea that won't leave me alone, and I stick with it until the last pixel sits right.

## The work

- **[Adios for Flickr](https://mikelieser.dev/apps/adios-flickr)** – Turns Flickr's official account export back into album folders on your own drive — every photo and video at its original size. (Desktop app · Mac + Windows, since 2019)
- **[Paul Newsman](https://mikelieser.dev/work/paul-newsman)** – Made-up newspaper articles on convincingly real magazine domains — a prank for the family chat, teaching material for media literacy classes. (Web platform · German-language, since 2017 · https://paulnewsman.com)

## A project, a question, a bug?

I work on a few things at a time, and thoroughly. I take on client projects when the idea behind them appeals to me. Just drop me a line. hello@mikelieser.dev
